As children, the furries Mimi, Nezumi, and Akina were left in a garbage container in the slums of Aquaria. Twelve years later, the three girls have created a living as some of the most highly skilled mercenaries in the city. However, their straightforward lives are interrupted when a simple mission to rescue the soldier Kiisu goes mysteriously awry. What started as regular day quickly turns to chaos as the four friends discover the truths behind the forsaken city and what it really means to be a furry.
I haven't updated in awhile, but this comic is not dead! I promise! My computer is having a midlife crisis and I can't use photoshop until this issue has been resolved. School isn't helping, either.
You can probably expect new updates in two or three months...
After more than 3 years of sketching, plotting, drawing, and re-drawing, Aquaria is finally here! This is my first and only webcomic, and (for the sake of the characters which I love so much!) I will try my best to make it worth reading. Expect to see more updates soon! Once school starts, I hope to upload at least one page a week (but don't quote me on it!).
This comic is colored in Photoshop Elements 6 with the help of a Wacom Tablet. Please enjoy and give feedback so that I can continue improving!!
